Tutorial: How to get a post card from Dubai?
Anyway, this post is a tutorial to explain how to get a post card from Dubai *for free* 😉
Step 1: Follow this blogger. Wait until she takes up a 30-day daily post challenge.
Step 2: Read all the posts for those 30 days, but don’t comment on any.
Step 3: Find out *to your shock* that the blogger is sending post cards from Dubai to readers who commented on all those 30 posts.
Step 4: Now jump up & down in the comments section that you too deserve a post card.
Step 5: Of course, your request will be rejected.
Step 6: Write an award post in your blog and give an award to all your favorite bloggers. Mention the above blogger (who refused to send the post card) but don’t give the award. Tit for tat.
Step 7: Get a mail from another blogger (from a totally unrelated blog-circle) asking for your address. Think logically that it should be for his marriage and send the address adding ‘Happy married life’ wishes!
Step 8:Â Keep wondering why you never got that marriage invitation card.
Step 9: Get the (above shown) post card from Dubai via post with a real stamp on it!! 😀
Hmmmmmmmmmmm…………………. 🙂
And, this blogger is very clever – you could be fooled even on April 01 🙂

PS: Thank you so much for the card. This post was supposed to convey this message in a creative way.
lol
interesting read yes bloggers do use different ideas to increase readership
April fool 1 yes anything is possible.
Oh no, I confirm that this is not a trick to increase readership or anything. That part was added by me just for fun.

People use different ideas to increase their comments. I really lose faith on some…
No, this is not any idea to increase the comments. I must now take that sentence off as it gives wrong signals to people here.
C’mon ppl, take humor as such. Don’t search for literal meanings.

lol 🙂 The blogger must be wondering what did I do to deserve this.
Actually, it’s me who’s wondering why I got the post-card after all that drama I created 🙂
Destination Infinity
I am very clearly confused.
Sometimes when I read my old posts, I too get confused. It’s a normal occurrence on my blog. I do silly things, trying to get VERY creative 🙂
Destination Infinity
Do people even do something like this? Ha!
It’s different, isn’t it? 🙂
Destination Infinity
strange .. how people think this way to increase traffic/comments on their blog ..
Actually, i wrote something to that effect (just for humour), but people seem to have misunderstood it.

Hahhaaaaaa…….Rajesh u r sooo funny :-D.
I had the devils job trying to get ur address without ur knowledge.
Glad u liked the postcard :-)!!!!
I do agree that I had no clue when he asked me for the address. BTW, why all that publicity for Dubai? I was tempted to think that since I was a *very popular* travel blogger, maybe, tourism dept of Dubai requested you to write all those messages in that post card. LOL 😛

U are super-awesome Nance!:D

Kanagu: Happy married life thambi 😛
Rajesh please thank Kanagu from my side because I hadnt contacted him directly still he took the trouble :-).
I can guess who might have contacted him. Kanagu is a generous blogger, especially when it comes to helping others. What say Kanagu? 😛
Destination Infinity
LOL, Kanagu asked for your address? And you got him married off (in your mind)??? Hahaha 😆 😛
Where is Kanagu? Why is he missing in action on this topic? I will go an bring him here… 🙂
Destination Infinity
Uhm, uhm, ahm! DI 😮
Hmmmmmm……. 🙂

Not fair, how come u get a postcard by just asking.
And Nancy’s handwriting is simply superb
Just by asking??? I had to do so much drama for it!! You know what, my own handwriting looks so good to me. It’s like my kid, I am just not able to find any fault with it 😛

Thanks Seema for the compliment;-D!!!
So you din get he card from the promised blogger and got it from someone else? Anyway nice card and nice way to confuse us 🙂
I do agree my way of representing this can be confusing, but I did get the card from the promised blogger, not someone else 🙂

thats an innovative idea!
