Inside an Indian IT Company (#LifeatRamco)

Last Friday, we had a Blogger’s meet @ Ramco systems (Facebook, Twitter), an IT product company based out of Chennai, India. It was organized by DInfluencer and the theme was #LifeatRamco. They wanted to show off a few employee amenities and recreation options they have in their office to us bloggers, so that we can show it to the world. I am not sure why they did this. Maybe they wanted to entice people in our network to work for them? 🙂

The above photo was taken at their Zumba dance floor/Crossfit training center/Playing room, and the three below photos were taken at their Coffee Shop – Fika.

Their marketing department was very creatively done. There were games (I loved that table football – at last got a chance to play it!), swanky cabins, props and even humorous posters! Have a look at a few photos taken there –

After seeing all this, I wanted to ask if the employees (also) work or only play? 😛 Fortunately, the CEO, whom I wanted to ask this question, wasn’t around 🙂 If you didn’t know already, Ramco Systems is the creator of Ramco ERP on the Cloud software product.

So if you’re related to that industry, and you are impressed with these photos, you might want to apply to work for them 🙂 And here is the symbolic representation for ‘Thank God it’s Monday’ culture they aspire to bring in their campus –

I loved the Suryanamaskar wall sticker in the first pic. Sadly , I can’t work there, but I loved the interiors.

On an entirely different note, you have changed your blog so much, I feel I am reading a new blog!
