Some Interesting Spam Messages that I got in my blog!

Akismet, the WordPress plugin for preventing spam messages (comments) usually does a good job of identifying and eliminating spam messages in our blog posts. But recently, I was curious to see what kind of spam messages people send ( mostly through automated software programs). So, I have compiled a small list of interesting spam messages I found, with my reply to them below. Enjoy 🙂

“Nice piece of facts that you’ve got in this website. I’ll occur back”

You will ‘occur’ back??? 😀

“Well I wish to let you know about a new underground tactic that makes me personally $900 each day on 100% auto-pilot”

Well, you must be both lucky and generous 🙂

Must admit that you are one of the best bloggers I ever saw!

Did you ever think about just how to make portraits physically fit inside a heart locket?

I haven’t spoken to you in chat for a while, but don’t tell anyone – I found this website which….

I think we have never spoken in chat, and don’t worry, Ill tell no one 🙂

Absolutely, many spam comments are like that… I always wonder about their ‘strategy’. I have even got mails advertising free spamming software that will submit free comments on multiple blogs! Heights…

The spam are caught in the spam folder, and generally I delete them without looking! But this once, I wanted to see what people are spamming about!

At times one gets spam messages which are actually long and on the face of it seem normal. Here’s one I got on my wide angle blog:

“Hey fellow writer! I just wanted to drop you a quick note letting you know that I browsed through your site. I noticed you have not published a new post in a while. Perhaps I can offer you the motivation of a committed viewer.
Anyhow, I hope you signed up as a article writer via the link in my earlier message and are making so””me extra money. I want to share another technique with you. I use a site that is actually bringing us nearly one thousand dollars every 7 days. That is in addition to my writing hobby. Here is the website link, in case you are interested.
