Khangchendronga National Park/Kanchanjunga National Park, Sikkim, East India. This 850 sq. KM protected high-altitude national park is located along the Kanchanjunga peak, the third highest mountain in the world and contains many glaciers, in its range. Trekking is a popular activity especially during April/May, although a permit is required to enter this region.
