Interesting Indian God Statue(s) Photos (Chennai-Bangalore Highway)

When we were traveling from Vellore towards Kanchipuram on the Chennai-Bangalore highway recently, we found a Temple/Math on the main road (left side) which had a few interesting Indian God Statues installed outside.

Not wanting to waste a good opportunity to take photos, we immediately stopped and clicked the photos of those colourful Indian Gods. You can see those photos in the above-embedded video. Hope you like it 🙂

Thanks for sharing these lovely photos. A scene from a Hollywood movie came to my mind. The movie is History of the World, Part 1. It is a comedy movie. Here is the scene. Christianity has started to get popular in the Roman Empire. Roman king was worried. His minister says: Don’t worry your majesty. Christians are so poor they have only one God. We are so rich we have several Gods.

Irrespective of whether there is one God or many, religion will find it difficult to find takers if instead of serving people, it starts dictating.

That is a joke. You are supposed to smile and not analyze. HeHeHe.

Beautiful capture on these colorful statues! When driving around the Vellore to check some places last year, I find many god statues, and hanuman was the most I saw and shot.

We too saw a few interesting statues but were too tired to stop and click pics. Next time, we will plan better to cover the area more effectively.
