The Island Grounds Exhibition, Chennai, [Kodai Kondattam] is happening from June 2 (2022) Onwards at Island Grounds, Chennai. The nearest bus stand/metro station is Chennai Central. (Google Maps link for location.)
Timings: Weekdays – 3 P.M. to 10 P.M., Sunday: 12 P.M. to 10 P.M.
Entrance Ticket: Rs. 60 per head., Bike Parking: Rs. 50., Car Parking: Rs. 100.
Experiences like Snowball, Waterfalls, Games, Shows, etc. are charged separately.
Attractions: Stalls, Games, Food Court, Waterfalls, Snow Show, Bird Show, etc.

WAste of money. For bike parking itself 50rs. Entrance fare 60rs. Children above 3ft considered as full ticket. Even kids are few millimeter height than 3ft charging full fare. Can consider free for those kids.
Coutralam @ chennai is only the new thing. Others activities we can see at besant nagar beach itself. All products available are bad quality.
Bike parking charge Rs.50/- is very high rate. Please consider to reduce it.

Generally, the Island grounds exhibition will be there for 45 Days. It started on June 2. But I am not sure when it will end this year.
